Youth Exchanges are multicultural residentials which encourage young people with a visual impairment from each European country to join together and have the opportunity to acquire skills in the following areas; languages, European history and culture, computer science, working organisation and techniques, independent living activities, orientation and mobility. One of the most important elements of a youth exchange is that the residentials are organised by the young people themselves.
